The University desires to provide its students with the information and skills to be responsive and positive to the communities they will serve. While Covenant is non-denominational, the instruction is in conformity with its doctrinal statement.
Covenant University embraces the following specific objectives for all students:

2. To ground them in evangelical theology and enable them to think
theologically;
3. To inculcate Christian principles in them so that they will be role models in personal, moral, and spiritual behavior;
4. To give them practical experience during their course of study;
5. to produce graduates who will make a positive contribution to both church and society.
